Resumes should:
- have correct spelling and grammar - be updated regularly, adding to your skills and experience - show your good side. (e.g. "I like being active" not "I like tagging".) - consider who the audience is - be written differently for every job (especially when you are an adult with more experience) |

- include a picture, unless the employer asks for one. - include lies or things which are not true It is not recommended to include a picture: you could be unfairly judged on your picture, rather than your skills and experience. |
